Our last day in the Hill Country

We discovered this beautiful winery on our last day in the Hill Country , and just wanted to drink a glass of wine but ended up staying for 5 hours. We went for a walk on the vineyard, and met lovely people who invited us to join them for some glasses of wine. It was just the perfect last day!
This is Spotty's favorite place so far and love to take a little nap after our morning walk, especially when it is still cool and raining outside.
We took it slow today and spent the afternoon on the Sandy Beach at the crystal clear Fremont Lake.
And Spotty was a very good and brave boy!
A beautiful little town which is super busy as it is the gate to all the big National Parks like Yellowstone.
during our first hike in Wyoming. Unfortunately the view was not very good due to all the fires in California and Utah.
Means spending most of you time outdoors.
Here we come!
Next stop: Wyoming!

Another great hike followed by a dinner at the Sundance Mountain Resort. Unfortunately, Robert Redford did not show up..
